FIRST® Tech Challenge at Space Fest 2026
Experience innovation in action at Space Fest 2026! FIRST® Tech Challenge teams will compete in DECODE™ presented by RTX, the 2025–2026 season game, during this special off-season competition in Brownsville.
Attendees will also get a look at the new game fields for the 2026–2027 FIRST® CANOPY™ season, including BIOGLOW™ for FIRST® LEGO® League and BIOBUZZ™ presented by RTX for FIRST Tech Challenge.

The competition will begin later than a traditional FIRST Tech Challenge event so participating teams can also enjoy Space Fest’s evening activities and opportunities. A detailed event schedule will be shared with selected teams closer to the event.

Participation is limited to 24 FIRST Tech Challenge teams. Teams interested in competing should complete the Team Interest Form below.
Completing the form does not guarantee a spot at the event. Teams will be selected after submissions have been reviewed, and participating teams will receive confirmation and additional event information.
