Lucia Sevcik is a prominent STEM education advocate and a Program Leader for the FIRST® Robotics Competition (FRC) at the non-profit organization FIRST. She has spent decades expanding access to robotics and technology education for K-12 students, specifically focusing on underserved youth in Texas.

Juan Salinas

Program Leader

Juan Salinas is a key STEM education administrator serving as a Program Leader for the FIRST® Robotics Competition (FRC) at the non-profit organization FIRST. Operating out of the Houston area, he works closely alongside Lucia Sevcik to manage operations, coordinate district events, and guide the regional high school robotics league
