We have been working to build the regional network that will support teams throughout the season. This includes bringing on Regional Program Administrators for FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge, along with Event Directors, venue hosts, regional partners, and other community leaders.

Regional Program Administrators (previously known as PDPs or Program Delivery Partners) will help coordinate event calendars, secure venues, support teams and volunteers, and work with local Event Directors to deliver the season. We are excited that many familiar faces are returning in these roles while new individuals and organizations are also joining the work.

Our statewide team will support this growing regional network and help connect the people, resources, and information needed across Texas. We will share additional regional introductions and contact information as roles are finalized.

Team grant opportunities are available for Texas teams across all three programs: FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, and FIRST Robotics Competition. These grants are intended to help teams that need financial assistance manage registration and other eligible participation costs.
